Privacy Policy

Summary

HDO FLIX does not require an account, does not show ads inside the app, and does not embed advertising or analytics SDKs. Your watch history and preferences are stored on your device.

Data we do not collect

• We do not ask for a name, email address or phone number to use the app.
• We do not use advertising SDKs or advertising identifiers.
• We do not sell data or share it with data brokers.

Data stored on your device

Your list, favorites, playback position and app settings are stored locally on the device. Uninstalling the app removes them.

Optional sign-in and sync

Cross-device sync is optional. If you choose to sign in, the minimum needed to sync your list, favorites and per-episode progress is stored on our servers. You can stop using sync at any time by signing out.

Updates and technical requests

The app checks for updates and configuration over the internet. Like any network request, these include your IP address and app version; they are used to deliver the update and are not used for advertising profiles.

Third-party content and players

Playback may open in a separate companion player and streams may be served by third parties. Those parties have their own privacy practices, which we do not control.

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
