Our position

HDO FLIX does not host, store or upload media files. The app indexes metadata and links to material that is publicly accessible elsewhere on the internet. We respect intellectual property and act on valid notices.

Sending a notice

Send takedown notices to support@hdoflix.com with the subject line “DMCA”. To let us act quickly, please include:

• A precise identification of the protected work (title, year and a reference link if available).
• The exact location inside the app or website where the material appears.
• Your full name, your capacity (owner or authorised agent) and valid contact details.
• A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised, and that the information in the notice is accurate.

What happens next

We review every complete notice and remove or disable the reported reference as soon as it is verified, usually within a few business days. Incomplete notices are answered with a request for the missing details.

Counter-notices

If you believe a reference was removed in error, write to the same address explaining why, and we will review it.
